Driver Dies Following Van Crash In Naperville

There was a fatal crash early Monday (July 11, 2016) in Naperville.  The accident involved a Dodge ProMaster van crashing and catching fire.

According to Naperville Police, the van was heading southbound in the 1400 block of North Washington Street at 1:43 a.m.  At that time, for a reason currently undisclosed, the driver lost control, and the van left the roadway, and then collided with a tree.  The van caught on fire.

The Naperville Fire Department responded to the accident scene.  The driver was found in the van, and he died at the accident scene.
